To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
